General
You have to be minimum 24 years old to rent our private houses. We expect that you treat our rental houses with care and do not disturb neighbours.
Payment
The reservation must be payed in advance, and the amount will be reserved on your credit card upon reservation.
Cancellation
Cancellation without any costs must be done 35 days before arrival. For cancellation later than this no refund is possible. By cancellation a administration fee of 500,- nok will be deducted from the rental amount. Cancellation due to illness must be covered by renters travel insurance.
If the rented unit for some reason no longer is available for Booking Service AS, we are entitled to cancel/rebook the stay. By cancellation any rent paid in advance will be refunded.
Renters obligations
The renter is obliged to treat the rented unit, including furniture and equipment in or around the unit, in such a way that no damage or unnecessary wearing out is caused.
The renter is liable directly to the owner for any loss or damage brought upon the property. After 23:00 is quiet time in the cottage/apartment, so that neighburs are not being disturbed. Unnecessary noise or disturbances can result in immediate eviction without refund of payment
Before departure it is the renters duty to clean thoroughly, and tidy up in and around the cottage/apartment. Rented linnen shall be removed from the beds and put by the entrance door. Litter is delivered at the garbage sorting point at departure. Cleaning must be booked before arrival. Dish wash and general tidying up inside and around the unit is not included in booked cleaning. You must follow the arrival and departure instructions located in the cottage/apartment.
If you bring a house animal, check before arrival that it is allowed. Smoking is prohibited in all our units. Violation of this can lead to extra costs of 500-3000,- nok.
Any damage or faults in or around the unit must immediately be reported to Booking Service.
Through payment of the stay these conditions are automatically accepted by the renter.
