All our cabins and apartments are privately owned, and we hope you enjoy them and take good care of them.

Answers to frequently asked questions:

• Is cleaning included in the price?
  Yes, usually it is. The exception is cabins and Valdres cottages located outside the Beitostølen area.
• Do we need to bring our own bed linen?
  Linen packages can be rented or you can bring your own. We sell linen packages with 2 towels per person.
• When can we check in or out?
  Arrival is after 4:00 PM, and departure is by 11:00 AM. If you want an earlier check-in or later departure, contact us.
• Are pets allowed during the mountain vacation?
  Pets are only allowed in certain cabins and apartments. Check the unit description or contact us to confirm if pets are allowed.
• Does the stay have to be paid for immediately when booked?
  If you book your stay on our website, you must pay immediately. If you prefer to receive an invoice, feel free to contact us, and we’ll arrange it for you. We also accept payment via Vipps.
• What happens if I want to cancel my stay?
  Stays can usually be canceled free of charge up to 35 days before arrival.
